About the RoleAs a Performance Marketing Executive at LSBU UAE, you will lead data driven digital marketing strategies that directly contribute to student recruitment, brand visibility, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, SMM, and paid advertising platforms.
This role requires a commercially minded marketer who understands analytics, conversion funnels, audience segmentation, and ROI optimisation. Your work will directly influence enquiry generation, lead quality, and enrolment growth across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement high-performing digital marketing campaigns aligned with recruitment and revenue targets.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Manage media budgets efficiently to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, targeting strategies, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
- Lead on page and off page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research aligned with programme demand and market trends.
- Optimise website content, technical structure, metadata, and landing pages for improved visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor site performance using tools such as Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns.
- Track cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall campaign performance.
- Ensure strong alignment between ad messaging and landing page experience.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop audience targeting strategies across GCC and international markets.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimise based on performance insights.
- Track KPIs including lead volume, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
- Work closely with admissions and recruitment teams to assess lead quality and conversion outcomes.
- A minimum of 2–3years’ experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid social campaign management.
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimising for ROI.
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in higher education marketing (preferred but not essential).
