• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in enterprise or governmental IT environments, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE, F&O, HR).
• Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven apps), Power Automate (Power Flow), and Dataverse with a minimum of 3 years hands‑on development experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM customization, F&O integration, HR modules, and cross‑platform data flows.
• Minimum 2 years experience integrating ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O) with internal systems and portals.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, Power Automate flows, and approval processes in structured IT environments.
• Experience customizing Power Apps applications and Power Pages (portals).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Azure Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Practical knowledge of Node.js/Azure integration tools for connecting Dynamics, ERP, and portals.
