Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or payment card industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), understanding of card technology (EMV, contactless), and familiarity with financial regulations.
Main focus of experiences:
- Launching a new credit card product with unique rewards and features.
- Implementing a contactless payment system for a retail chain.
- Migration of old card system to new card application
- Upgrading an existing card platform to comply with new security standards.
- Developing a loyalty card program for a large corporation.
