The Assistant Manager – Pool & Beach Bar supports the seamless day‑to‑day operations of the pool and beach outlet, delivering an elevated and personalized guest experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards. This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong team engagement while contributing to revenue growth and brand positioning.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the pool and beach bar to ensure efficient and high‑quality service.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all areas.
• Support in planning and executing promotions, events, and seasonal activities to enhance guest engagement.

• Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring productivity and positive morale.
• Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, service, and brand standards.

• Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in line with the brand image.

• Support in achieving revenue targets through upselling and promotions.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and stock levels, reducing wastage and controlling expenses.
• Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Ensure accurate billing and adherence to cash handling procedures.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and enforce safety practices.
• Ensure alcohol service policies and legal requirements are followed.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in luxury or upscale Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven experience in pool, beach, or resort environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium beverage trends, service rituals, and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
