Role OverviewEtisalat by e& is seeking a skilled Engineer to join the Internet Service Operations (ISO) team. The primary responsibility is to maintain and optimize core internet services, including DNS, DHCP, and AAA Radius, ensuring all performance KPIs are consistently achieved. The role requires continuous monitoring, automation of routine tasks, and providing technical support across the organization.
Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize Internet core services: DNS, DHCP, and AAA Radius.
- Ensure all performance KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Continuously monitor ISO services and provide prompt fixes and support.
- Automate tasks to enhance efficiency and manage data requests effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Implement best practices and industry standards for network operations.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Internet services.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and support activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Internet services operations and support.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and AAA Radius protocols and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- UAE National (Family Book required).
