Planning Engineer - MEP

Summary

BK Gulf LLC is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer - MEP to oversee the planning and scheduling of our MEP & Data Center projects.

• Develop project schedules for MEP construction activities based on project requirements and resource availability
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP activities into the overall project schedule
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all MEP activities align with project milestones and goals
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in MEP planning and scheduling

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as an MEP Planning Engineer or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and project management principles
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong understanding of MEP systems
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to MEP systems
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
