Overview

Head of content - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷) – Paradox EN. This role leads the Content Factory, bridging David Laroche’s personal brand with Paradox’s company brand, and shaping a dual-brand strategy that outlasts the founder. Remote or in offices in Dubai or Lisbon;
French and English fluency required.

• Architect the dual-brand strategy to scale both the personal brand and the company brand without cannibalization.
• Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and own end-to-end delivery including hooks, storyboarding, and final cut alignment with the vision.
• Hire and onboard needed talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to realize concepts.
• Direct David as the actor on set, ensuring scripts, set, and direction are flawless so he can perform with minimal mental load.
• Lead the Content Factory by setting tempo, culture, and standards; provide high-level artistic direction and final quality checks against Paradox Standards.
• Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale successful assets.

• Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, You Tube channel, or personal brand to scale (100k+ followers or millions of views) with virality and retention knowledge.
• Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and providing feedback that elevates quality.

• Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).
