We are currently seeking friendly and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position that requires no previous experience and is open to candidates of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in either English or Hindi for Indian candidates, and Arabic for Egyptian candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
