Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise a team of masons to ensure the timely and accurate completion of construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all masonry work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Your role will also involve coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth operations on site. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in masonry work, with strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members are also essential for this role.

• Oversee a team of masons on various construction projects
• Ensure all masonry work is completed according to project plans and specifications
• Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth operations on site
• Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
• Keep detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered
• Order necessary materials and equipment for projects as needed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Own visa preferred
