Office assistant in Ajman, UAE
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our office in Ajman with a monthly salary of 1200 AED. We are open to foreign candidates with the right experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Track and manage database related information
- Coordinate and implement office procedures
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Answer incoming calls and perform other administrative duties
- At least 3 years of experience in working in office environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and work as part of a cohesive team
- Open to foreign candidates with the right experience and qualifications
