Banquet Server
Position Overview:
As a banquet hall server, your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of events and functions held at Deer Creek. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to guests, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid SMART serve certification.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays based on the event schedule.
- Available in the fall and winter months.
- Previous work experience in a banquet hall or catering service is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and life/move heavy trays.
- Serve food and beverages
