* Newton-Trelawney Property Management, is a condominium property management company with a large portfolio of properties under management in the Eastern GTA market. Located in Ajax, Ontario Newton-Trelawney has provided exceptional service to condo owners since 1978.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team of outstanding Condominium Property Managers

Qualifications

· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a property manager;

· A general license in good standing with the CMRAO;

· A working knowledge of the Condominium Act;

· Must be proficient in MS Work, Excel, Outlook; social media skills a plus

· Strong verbal communication skills and letter writing skills;

· A team player who is confident, creative and solution focused.

Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of condominium properties;

* Direct and oversee all property maintenance;

* Receive, clarify and respond to maintenance requests from Owners and directors

* Provide advice and guidance to Owners and the Board of Directors.

* Supervise and organize all contractors and contractor work; provide feedback on contractor performance, delivering results at the most economical price

* Maintain control of all operating and reserve expenses in accordance with annual budgets

* Attend evening Monthly Board Meetings and Special Meetings and Owners’ Meetings as required

* Provide a management, property inspection and financial reports in advance of each Board Meeting

* Respond to resident/owner inquiries; act as liaison between the Board of Directors and all owners

* Other duties as assigned as described in the Property Management Agreement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
