As Manager, FP&A, you’ll be a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights that shape strategic decisions. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple product lines, helping us optimize growth and profitability.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and new product launches
• Analyze P&L performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align financial goals with operational plans
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive leadership and board presentations
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in CPG or retail
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
