We're seeking an energetic Service Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact within our service department - with a clear path to becoming a Junior Service Advisor
.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive.
• Assist with vehicle check‑in, including recording customer concerns, inspecting vehicle for damage, confirming appointments, and gathering required information.
• Keep the service drive clear, organized, and safe for customers and staff. Including organizing tires during tire season.
• Coordinate customer transportation needs, including arranging and inspecting loaner vehicles before and after use.
• Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.
• Assist in explaining basic service processes to customers and directing them to their assigned service advisor.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer vehicles and loaner car usage.
• Run vehicles through car wash and light interior cleaning of customers’ cars before returning it to them after service work.
• Support service advisors and management with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Deliver a positive, customer‑focused experience aligned with dealership standards.

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Proven experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Proficiency with customer systems and software. CDK Experience is a plus
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid G Driver’s Licence with clean abstract

• Working in a customer facing role: 2 years (required)
• CDK: 1 year (preferred)
• Dealership: 1 year (preferred)

• Class G Licence with clean abstract (required)
