We're looking for a motivated and engaging Stock Controller for our Despatch team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products are accurately recorded, managed, and delivered on time to our valued customers. As part of our team, you'll contribute to our vision of delivering freshness and quality every day.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the dispatch of stock, ensuring that all products are shipped accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized stock records using our state-of-the-art systems
  • Work closely with the despatch and warehouse teams to coordinate orders and optimize the flow of goods
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in developing processes that enhance our despatch operations and improve overall performance
  • Create engaging reports on stock performance to share with the management team
  • Champion safety practices to ensure a secure working environment for all
Working Hours

7/14- 7PM- 7AM

Rate of pay

£14.26/hour

Requirements
  • A strong background in stock control or inventory management, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for detail and accuracy in managing stock records
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with team members
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and being adaptable to change
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet the demands of our operations
