This is a full-time on-site role in Airdrie, Scotland for a Residential Team Leader. The Residential Team Leader will oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned residential facility while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, supervising team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices in care delivery. The role also involves supporting residents to enhance their quality of life through tailored care plans and activities.

• Team leadership and staff management skills, including scheduling and motivating teams
• Experience in social care, crisis intervention, and residential facility operations
• Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to care services
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to address the needs of vulnerable individuals
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and person-centered care
• Relevant qualifications in social care, management, or related fields are preferred
• Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly desirable
