The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to launch their career in operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a permanent member of our operations team, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency across production processes, supporting planning and scheduling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in operational management while helping us deliver high-quality products and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for operational processes
What You’ll Learn
  • Develop a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and supply chain processes
  • Gain experience in production planning and resource management
  • Learn about lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline—such as Operations Management, Business Management, or business food management, —with a minimum classification of 2:2 (or equivalent)
  • Strong interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Effective communicator and team player
