Production Support- Backshift

We are on the lookout for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Production Support on the Backshift Monday to Friday. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a warm and welcoming team, contributing to the smooth operation of our production lines while maintaining our high standards. • Assisting in the setup and operation of our production machinery to keep things running smoothly.
• Helping the production team hit their targets by doing a variety of essential tasks throughout your shift.
• Keeping work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure that every potato meets our top-notch standards and reporting any concerns.
• Joining in training sessions to keep learning and growing in your role.
• Being a supportive team member, positively contributing to a friendly work environment.

• No previous experience is required, but if you have worked in production or manufacturing before, that’s a bonus!
• Great communication skills to work well with your team.
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills to assist with quality checks.
• A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Availability to work Backshift from Monday to Friday.
• Shift timings to be discussed at interview
• Rate of pay: £12.67/hour plus shift allowance
