We are looking for a dynamic Production Team Leader to oversee our night shift operations. In this critical role, you'll lead a dedicated team to ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely during the night hours, keeping our standards high and our products top-quality.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the production team during night shifts, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards and quality control measures throughout the production process.
  • Provide training and support to team members, enabling them to excel in their roles.
  • Work collaboratively with management to review production metrics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Encourage a positive working environment by promoting communication, feedback, and teamwork.
  • Actively engage in problem-solving to overcome production challenges in real-time.

The typical hours for this position will be:

Sunday-Thursday

Rate of pay: £14.26/hour plus shift allowance

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving production efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and support within the team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to the dynamic needs of the production environment.
