The role is responsible for inventory control, warehouse operations, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This includes managing stock levels of locks and spare parts, handling supplier deliveries, and preparing items for installations and demos. The position also coordinates parts replacement orders with suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and proper tracking. In addition, the role supports installation teams during urgent or peak-period operations and maintains accurate reports to highlight stock status, replacements, and potential operational delays.

Able to support operational tasks (installation prep, emergency support) as needed.
