Role Summary
- Hands-on exposure to logistics & operations coordination
- Coordinate deliveries, liaise with customers and drivers
- Ensure smooth execution of production-related shipments
- Support daily logistics and operations activities
- Plan and coordinate trailer deliveries and self-collection
- Liaise with customers on delivery schedules
- Follow-up with drivers and resolve unloading issues
- Coordinate urgent orders with production and planners
- Arrange collection / delivery of coupler bars
- Coordinate deliveries from galvanising yard to customers
- Monitor availability of empty trailers for production use
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE Certificate
- Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing, Logistics / Operations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Team player, organised, able to multitask
- Proficient in Email and Microsoft Excel
