Software engineer

we’re looking for engineers who love building with data and infrastructure. in this role, you’ll focus on creating high-quality datasets for reinforcement learning environments and setting up software systems to run reliably on our infra.

• design and implement pipelines to generate and curate data for rl training environments
• set up, containerize, and deploy services on our infrastructure
• write efficient, well-structured python code for data handling and environment tooling
• build and optimize sql queries and schemas for storing and accessing data
• collaborate with the team to improve reliability, scalability, and speed of our environments

• solid understanding of sql (query optimization, schema design)
• experience with docker and containerized workflows
• ability to think about both data correctness and infra scalability
• curiosity about reinforcement learning, simulation environments, or agent training
• work on cutting-edge reinforcement learning infrastructure
• small, fast-moving team with lots of ownership
• opportunity to shape core systems and data pipelines from the ground up
