Business Development Executive / Sales Manager ( Interior fit out)

Seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join the team at CS21 DESIGN PTE. LTD. This full‑time role will be based in the Woodlands North Region and will play a crucial part in driving new business growth for the company.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects
• Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Attend industry events and networking activities to build relationships and source new leads
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress and market trends

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the interior fit out industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Proactive, target‑driven and results‑oriented mindset
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with the New Business Development landscape and trends
• Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach
