Telemarketing Executive

We are a licensed recruitment agency seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to support our outbound sales operations. This role involves engaging employers to secure job orders, supporting business development efforts, and contributing to overall team performance.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing employers to introduce recruitment services and secure job orders
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily and weekly basis
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Prepare basic sales reports and ensure service standards are maintained
  
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between employers and candidates
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) for communicating with clients. Ability to communicate in Mandarin may be required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Salary Range: $1,000 – $2,000 (based on experience and performance)
• Attendance Allowance: $100
• Commission: 10% – 20% (performance-based)
