The Sales Support Executive plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team and enhancing customer experience. This position involves administrative support, customer service, and operational tasks to facilitate sales processes, maintain relationships with clients, and ensure efficient communication within the company and with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Support:
    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in placing orders and provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing excellent service.
  • Administrative Duties:
    Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry and fulfillment of customer requirements. Maintain and update client records in the company’s database and follow up with clients as necessary. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and report inconsistencies or queries related to billing. Provide the sales team with necessary support, including preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials.

    Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management to highlight performance and growth opportunities. Assist in coordinating sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Internal Communication:
    Communicate effectively with different departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless sales process. Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss updates and strategies with team members.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure the availability of top-selling products. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipments of orders and manage logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications Education
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a similar industry.
  • Experience in the food production or FMCG sector is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
