Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships to foster trust, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through disciplined and strategic execution.
  • Develop and implement effective territory plans informed by data insights and market trends.
  • Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account management, and product teams to align on go‑to‑market strategies and messaging.
  • Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure a smooth post‑sale transition, maximizing product adoption and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking opportunities, client interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge to remain competitive and effective in the field.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the legal technology industry.
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C‑suite.
  • Strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering product functionality to deliver high‑impact demos and client training sessions.
  • Self‑motivated and collaborative, with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
