Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor backend manufacturing equipment (e.g., Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, Punch Singulation, Testing or other similar process are highly preferred).

Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and minimize defects.

Output Targets: Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals set by management.

Troubleshooting: Identify minor machine errors and elevate technical issues to the Technician or Engineer immediately.

Documentation: Accurately record production data, logbooks, and quality reports.

Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workstation in adherence to 5S principles.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Safety Compliance

As this role involves working in a controlled manufacturing environment, the following are mandatory:

Cleanroom Protocol: Adhere to strict gowning procedures (wearing bunny suits, masks, gloves) and hygiene standards.

ESD Safety: always Follow Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) safety measures (e.g., wearing wrist straps, ESD shoes).

Contamination Control: No jewellery, watches, or makeup allowed in the production floor. Maintain personal hygiene to prevent product contamination.

Safety First: Comply with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Access Control: Strictly follow access control procedures for restricted manufacturing areas.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Primary or Secondary School leaving certificate.

Experience:

Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a cleanroom environment.

Language: Basic understanding of written and spoken English (to read safety signs and work instructions).

Attitude: Punctual, disciplined, safety-conscious, and a team player.

Current Phase: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Office Hours).

Future Phase (Mass Production):
Must be comfortable transitioning to rotating shifts (Day/Night/Weekend) and working overtime when required.

Location: Woodlands (Transport provided or accessible via public transport).
