CNC Mill Turn - Setter; Mazak

Job Responsibilities

1. Machine Setup & Tool Setting / 机台设定与对刀

• Responsible for tool setting, tool length and radius offset setting for Mazak Mill-Turn machines.
  负责 Mazak Mill-Turn 机台的刀具对刀、长度及半径补正设定。
• Set and manage tool offsets, tool life, and tool numbering.
  设定与管理刀补、刀具寿命及编号。
• Ensure correct setup of spindle, B-axis, C-axis, and live tooling.
  确保主轴、B 轴、C 轴及动力刀座设定正确。

2. Program Verification & Trial Run / 程序确认与试跑

• Check Mazatrol / EIA programs against drawings before production.
  生产前核对 Mazatrol / EIA 程序与图纸。
• Conduct first article setup and trial cutting.
  负责首件设定与试切。
• Adjust cutting parameters to ensure stable machining.
  调整切削参数，确保加工稳定性。

3. Fixture & Workpiece Setup / 工装夹具与工件设定

• Install and align chucks, collets, soft jaws, fixtures, and centers.
  安装并校正卡盘、夹头、软爪、治具及顶针。
• Set work offsets (G54–G59) and ensure proper alignment and runout control.
  设定工件零点（G54–G59），确保同心度与跳动控制。

4. Measurement & Quality Support / 尺寸测量与品质支持

• Measure first-off parts using appropriate measuring instruments.
  使用量具进行首件尺寸测量。
• Ensure parts meet drawing and tolerance requirements.
  确保产品符合图纸及公差要求。
• Communicate with QC on dimensional or machining issues.
  与 QC 沟通尺寸或加工异常问题。

5. Production Support & Troubleshooting / 生产支持与异常处理

• Support operators during production for technical issues.
  在生产过程中为操作员提供技术支持。
• Troubleshoot machining problems such as tool breakage, surface finish issues, or dimensional drift.
  处理刀具破损、表面粗糙度不良、尺寸漂移等问题。
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  提供改善建议以提升生产效率。

6. Safety & Housekeeping / 安全与现场管理

• Ensure machine setup complies with safety standards.
  确保机台设定符合安全规范。
• Assist with daily machine checks and basic maintenance checks.
  协助机台日常点检与基础维护检查。
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of setup and tool areas.
  保持设定区与刀具区整洁。

• Experience with Mazak Mill-Turn machines (e.g., Integrex series).
  具备 Mazak Mill-Turn（如 Integrex 系列）操作经验。
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  能阅读并理解工程图纸。
• Strong setup, alignment, and troubleshooting skills.
  具备良好的设定、校正及问题解决能力。
• Good communication skills with production and QC teams.
  具备与生产及 QC 团队良好沟通能力。
