Position: Assistant Production Manager- Night shift- Sunday-Thursday

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Production Manager for our Night shift, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our production operations during the night, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with a team that shares your passion for quality products and embraces innovation in food production. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Manager in overseeing night shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and output.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Assist in training and developing night shift staff to improve performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and respond promptly to any production issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Gather and analyze production data to prepare reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production management role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and quality assurance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a night shift team effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including potential overtime, as required.
