We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Production Manager for our Night shift, scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing night shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and output.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist in training and developing night shift staff to improve performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and respond promptly to any production issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
- Gather and analyze production data to prepare reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a production management role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a night shift team effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work night shifts, including potential overtime, as required.
