Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, expansion channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Oversee major tender submissions, contract negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

• Provide technical consultation and solutions to clients regarding mechanical hardware components.
• Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure product suitability and quality standards.
• Support complex technical discussions with customers and participate in solution design when required.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and technical teams.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting from a commercial perspective.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
