Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE): $175,000 to $225,000 per year (base salary + variable components).

As the Sales Director you will be responsible for:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Account Executives within your team to achieve and exceed district and territory quotas.
- Develop a high-functioning team with interrelated skills and outcomes through strategic sales execution.
- Working with Key Contacts and Executive stakeholders within organizations to achieve their targets and goals
- Utilizing resources of Business Development, Marketing and Financial operations in conjunction with senior management and the sales team that are in alignment with the corporate direction
- Performance management of the sales team to continue to deliver the best in class products and services.
- Manage regional analysis, projections, and re-alignments.
- Establish relations at higher levels within regional boards, buying groups & GPOs
- Presentation of clinical, economic, and sales related information to customers and buying groups.
- Recruit, Retain, and Develop key talent to ensure business needs are achieved.
- Ongoing talent assessment to accurately represent team members as part of Arjo Performance and Talent Review process.
The skills you will need
- This position requires travel within the assigned region on a regular basis. This position will be required to work within a hospital setting on a regular basis .
- People Management skills with demonstrated ability to retain and develop key talent .
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Leader with demonstrated strong territory performance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Business Development, with demonstrated growth and strategic performance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in people management, including leading direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 - 5 years related sales experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
