Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
- Knowledge of Windows OS (client & server)
- Network support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi)
- PC setup and troubleshooting
- Basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)
- IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, printers, scanners, barcode systems
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
