HANA HR & Payroll SME | Part-Time Consulting | High-Impact HR Transformation Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4

HANA HR Solution Architect (SME) to support a strategic HR transformation initiative focused on integrating SAP S/4

HANA HCM/Payroll with Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

This is a consultative role (8 hours/week) ideal for a senior expert who wants to contribute to a high-visibility integration program while maintaining flexibility.

HANA HR Solution Architect (SME)

Location: Remote (Canada or US candidates preferred)

Commitment: 8 hours/week

As the SAP S/4

HANA HR SME, you will lead consulting and integration efforts between SAP S/4

HANA and Service Now, optimizing cross-platform workflows such as:

• Employee onboarding
• Offboarding

You will participate in client-facing calls and provide architectural guidance based on availability.

• C_THR
  12_2311 – SAP Certified Associate: SAP HCM for SAP ECC or SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• C_HCMP_2311 – SAP Certified Application Associate: SAP S/4
  
  HANA Payroll

Candidates without both active certifications will not be considered.

• Deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA HCM & Payroll
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP / Cloud Integration
• Experience designing and implementing HR integrations
• Functional understanding of Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience syncing ERP data with Service Now workflows
• Ability to provide solution architecture and client-facing consultation

• Senior SAP HR Architect or SME
• Experience in enterprise HR transformation programs
• Comfortable in client-facing advisory role
• Strong integration mindset
