Job Description
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, Whats App, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logging and tracking customer issues and requests to ensure prompt resolution and problem solving.
  • Handle order administrations, process customers' orders to support our Sales Manager/Executive.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any other relevant details.
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Liaising between operations, suppliers and customers.
Requirement
  • Min 1 years experiences in customer services/internal sales support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Having a strong sense of urgency and responsibility, meticulous and good follow up skills.
