• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following protocols and regulations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored banking solutions while maintaining discretion with confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating when necessary.
• Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately.
• Build personal connections with customers to clearly explain products and processes.
• Support a diverse and equitable workplace by fostering teamwork and active participation in development.
• Keep teammates updated on routine activity status.
• Suggest operational improvements to enhance customer experience.

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication for calm, courteous customer interactions.
