  • Process purchaser requisitions.
  • Source for materials / equipment required.
  • Contact Suppliers and obtain quotations.
  • Place order and if necessary, fax purchaser order to suppliers.
  • Check delivery orders and invoices.
  • Update materials delivered and equipment summary file.
  • Keep track for transfer of materials / equipment.
  • Maintain record of old stock inventory for transfer to site.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor daily duties carried out by lorry driver.
  • Filing of correspondances and documents relating to purchases and office administration.
