We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting day-to-day sales operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team and internal partners to keep information accurate, orders moving, and processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter, maintain, and verify client and order information within CRM and ERP systems
- Manage sales documentation and digital records, ensuring confidentiality and proper organization
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence, and phone coverage.
- Coordinate order processing, customer pick-ups, shipments, and payment follow-ups
- Triage and route incoming sales inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
- Support the coordination of sales events, training sessions, and related logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or data entry role
- Experience with order entry or order processing in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Project considered an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, dependable approach and strong teamwork skills
- Primarily remote, with the expectation to be in the Ponoka office once a week and as requested
- Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
- Work schedule may vary based on operational needs
