Experienced Utility Truck Service Technician – (Aerial Equipment / HD Truck Preferred)
Ring Power Cat is looking for an experienced truck service technician with a preference for aerial equipment and heavy‑duty truck maintenance. This full‑time role requires a commitment to safety, quality support and a positive team approach.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct all assigned work safely, following safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, wearing the required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain the minimum set of tools required to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Attend and complete required technician training classes.
- Diagnose and perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on customer or company owned equipment.
- Work in the assigned area in a neat and orderly fashion, continually improving work methods and safety standards.
- Research repair needs and order parts as required.
- Complete required documentation using appropriate software, accounting for repair times.
- Approach work positively and support the team, completing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality expectations.
- Assist with maintaining a clean shop environment, following contamination control and housekeeping guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- 1–5 years of related technician experience.
- Ability to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealer software (not required but highly desired).
- Aerial equipment and heavy‑duty truck experience preferred.
- Job requires ongoing re‑training at least once per year.
