Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission)

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, opening/closing the business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7+ hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
