• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
