As a Tire & Battery Center Technician you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests; educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; uses Point of Sale systems and selling techniques.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner:
  Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers and processes transactions; maintains accurate inventory and compliance standards.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates brand by valuing the member's experience and modeling high quality service; inspires others with a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans; applies the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments prioritizing policies, data, and resources; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• Valid State‑issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Auto service industry experience, Retail Experience.
