Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Position Summary:
As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
- Be a Team Member:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage. - Be an Expert:
Plan bakery productions; ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs; follow recipe measurements; use a variety of decorating tools; maintain food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive bakery performance; uphold quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; prepare for seasonal events; identify member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve member issues and concerns. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate the brand by valuing the member’s experience in Bakery and modeling high‑quality service and products; interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training; inspire them for a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style. - Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans and use the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt and learn from change and feedback.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00*.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if the position is offered
