Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also help members load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled, contact members about delays or unavailable products, offer alternatives, pack items, and dispense items at pickup.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases, manage payments, use cash registers, organize merchandise, zone designated areas, resolve issues, promote company products and services.
• Assist with carts/flatbeds, parking lot cleanliness, and member transportation.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to complete assignments and priorities.

Customer Service experience.

Experience in a retail setting and familiarity with Walmart/Sam’s Club operations.
