• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, with personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and handling inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder.
