Nurse Educator, RN – Medical Surgical
Full-time Day

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273‑bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Services include emergency care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services.

The Nurse Educator is a registered nurse who serves as a clinical resource for the Medical/Surgical units (3M, 4M, 5M). They evaluate and implement evidence‑based practice, education, and professional development within critical care areas and focus on new graduate nurse development.

Graduate of an accredited NLN approved RN program. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree in Education preferred. Five (5) years of recent clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical setting. One year of education background preferred. Current SC nursing license or compact state license; BLS, ACLS required. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, outcomes oriented, and knowledge of education methods and clinical practice.
