Join Our Team as an RN Day Center Administrator in Aiken, SC! Elite Day Center is excited to announce an opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator at our newest location in Aiken, SC! If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with leadership experience and a passion for serving adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, we want to hear from you!

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends, no holidays, no on‑call

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Day Center, ensuring high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and enrollment to maintain and grow center participation.
• Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary staff to promote smooth workflows.
• Conduct tours and outreach to potential members, families, and referral sources.
• Supervise the admission process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and maintained.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and maintain records in accordance with DHP/DHHS standards.
• Work towards monthly census growth goals to expand community impact.

• Active RN License in good standing (Required)
• Strong Leadership, Communication, And Customer Service Skills (Required)
• Experience managing staff and overseeing budgets (Required)
• Current CPR Certification (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (Required)
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and special needs adult care (Preferred)
