Machine Operator

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking an entry‑level Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing sharp edges from manufacturing parts using hand and power tools to ensure high‑quality products.

• Utilize deburring equipment to remove sharp edges from manufacturing parts
• Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Adhere to safety requirements and protocols to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail to ensure high‑quality products
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong focus on quality and safety

• Previous manufacturing experience

Full‑time salary range: $36,367 – $58,187. This range reflects market pay structures and individual salaries are influenced by business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
