Job Description

IMaS Contractor Assurance Professional – Technical Services – Savannah River Site, management contractor since 2008.

• Perform Contractor Assurance Program per site Manual 2S and DOE Order 422.1.
• Manage, perform and coordinate program self-assessments; maintain a risk-ranked schedule and self-assessment templates.
• Conduct metric analysis; prepare monthly and semi-annual performance analysis.
• Develop training for IMaS personnel; communicate via interface with all levels of facility/program management and executive staff.
• Assist with Occurrence Reporting, Lessons Learned, Corrective Actions, Price-Anderson Amendment Act, Management Field Operations, DOE Corrective Action Plans, Performance Analysis, Issues Management system, Scorecard platforms, and Site Statistician function.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience (or Master’s degree).
• Equivalencies to experience and education will be considered.

• Proficient computer use and document control experience.
• Strong problem solving, oral and written communication, technical writing, and teamwork skills.
