Production Assembler - Aiken, SC

Job Responsibilities

• Operate assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner according to the most current Quality System.
• Assure that the machine is running quality parts at the production rates.
• Produce quality mold parts using various molding process systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to mold machine equipment/machinery.
• Perform 100% trim and inspection, identify and segregate scrap.
• Complete daily paperwork including Hr x Hr charts, counting and packaging parts.
• Maintain safety, quality, production and 5(S) housekeeping standards.

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with molding process systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and adjustments.
