• Base pay: $10.50 – $15.00+ per hour
• Up to 12% commission opportunities – average employee can earn $10.50–$15.00+ per hour; top performers earn even more

• Recruit, select, and orient salon staff
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and corrective actions
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results
• Achieve sales goals and performance criteria, monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, and other operating costs)
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to maintain salon stability and reputation
• Manage and assign tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, organized, and ready for customers
• Establish rapport with customers, building loyalty and long‑term relationships
• Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Analyze daily sales and expense information, performing financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits
• Safeguard and account for all money received; manage banking requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a retail or customer‑service environment
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
